Please send all building plans to hillcrestmanorpres@gmail.com for approval.

In order to insure that the homes in Hillcrest Manor will preserve a uniformly high standard of construction, no building or other structure shall be erected, placed, or remain on any building lot in Hillcrest Manor until the Board of Directors approves a set of plans or the working drawings and specifications, including a plot plan showing the location of the building, terraces, patios, pool, fences, driveways,  property lines and set-backs.
